The community room can be rented for $75 per hour. 

The room include tables, chairs, television, sink, refrigerator, and an outdoor playground that can only be accessed through the community room. A projector and 15' screen can be accessed for an additional $25 per hour.

The room has a capacity of 75 people.

An initial deposit of $100.00 in the form of cash, check or money order (leave blank) is required for damages to the facility and cleanup. The deposit will be refunded (within 2 weeks of rental) if an inspection of the reserved facility shows that no damages to equipment or property have occurred and that there are no excessive accumulations of trash.

Customers may enter the community room no more than 30 minutes before to decorate.

If you decide to cancel your rental reservation, rental refunds require a two (2) weeks notice.  It is the responsibility of the applicant to contact the Recreation Center to request a refund.  

Community Room Rules:

1.  Decorations may not be attached to the walls, windows, doors, blinds, or cabinets.  

2.  Alcohol or tobacco are not permitted.

3.  Pets are not allowed.

4.  Room should be swept with all trash disposed of in the outside dumpster at the end of the rental.

5.  Cooking is not permitted in the Community Room.  Any food should be prepared off-site.
