All request for reservation are first come first serve and request will be granted based on availability of area requested for use. Room comes with connection wires (USB, HDMI, AV) for TV if needed and must be requested to be added during reservation. 

Refunds require two (2) weeks notice. It is the responsibility of the applicant to contact us to request a refund.
