1. What ages can participate?

Ages 5-13 (4 year old children can play as long as they turn 5 by December 31).

2. Can I request a coach for my child to play for?

No. We do not honor request other than siblings; however, you may strike one coach.

3. What do I need to do to coach?

Fill out a coaches application and turn it into Athens Recreation Center. Background check and concussion training are min requirements.

4. When does the season begin?

Practice will be in August; games will be in September and October.

5. How long does the season last?

The end of October.

6. What days/times will they play?

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and possibly Saturdays. Weekdays will start at 5:30 p.m.; weekends will start at 9 a.m.

7. Do they have try-outs?

Most age groups will have a skills evaluation in order to help us divide the teams up as evenly as possible.

8. How many games will they play?

Approximately 10.

9. Will there be all-stars?

Yes. For the U10, U12, U14, and U19 age groups.

10. Do all players receive a participation award?

All participants in the 5-6 and 7-8 age groups will receive a participation award. All participants that finish in 1st or 2nd place in the league and/or tournament will receive an award.
