Taylor Thomas has been teaching group fitness for 9 years. She began her fitness journey by falling in love with Zumba because it did not feel like exercise. She has taught Zumba, STRONG by Zumba, Kickboxing, Les Mills Bodypump and other forms of group exercise such as Spin/Cycling, Water Aerobics and Strength Training classes. Taylor loves to push her students while keeping classes fresh and fun. She hopes to see you in one of her classes soon!
