My life's fitness journey has always been built around athletics.  I never "worked out" it was always practice that was part of my daily routine.  Following my collegiate track and field career, I struggles to work out for fun.  I had been in a team environment my entire life and that is what brought me to the group fitness environment! I needed the challenge, competitiveness, and energy that athletics brought me and that is what I'll be bringing to you!

I believe in eating clean and training dirty! My Strength & Agility class will be all about making our bodies stronger and our minds tougher! So if you're in need of a challenge come ready to work!
