About 2 years ago, I decided to make my health more of a priority. The gym is more like my second home now because I genuinely love to workout, but it didn’t happen overnight. It’s a process.
I started taking dance fitness classes and loved the empowering feeling after finishing each class. After losing 100 pounds, I decided to become certified to teach the same classes that helped encourage and motivate me along my journey. I hope to encourage and inspire others the way dance fitness inspired me.
So all of that to say, I’m here for you! Yeah, YOU! I’m here to show you that you can do it! Whatever the “it” may be!
