Submission Dates

Items to be reviewed by the Planning Commission must be submitted (complete application, exhibits, and other necessary documentation) to the Engineering Services and Community Development Department at least 21 days prior to the Commission's regular meeting unless otherwise posted.  Items will be reviewed by City Officials at the Department Review Team meeting. Applicants, engineers/land surveyors, developers, etc. who have placed an item on the agenda are encouraged to attend both the Departmental Review Team Meeting and Planning Commission meeting. Plat Signatures

The Planning Commission Chair will be at City Hall on the first (1st) and third (3rd) Tuesday of each month to sign final plats that have been approved.
